This does not include installation, but comes with a hanging kit to help you hang yourself. If you need installation, please contact us.

Foil Balloon Add-In Package: Want to add some flair to your garland? Add some foil balloons! Tell us if you want a number or themed balloon, plus we can add some spikes, orbs or mini foils.
